Alerts

Alerts offer the highest value CONTEXT from across the Plerion Platform. Alerts are accompanied by a narrative to guide customers on the overall risk and the recommended remediation steps to take to improve, reduce, or eradicate the identified risk. Alerts are generated from the workflows set up by the user at a tenant level. An alert is generated when an asset matches a condition specified on a workflow.

  • There is a 1:1 mapping between an alert and any asset that matches a condition for a workflow.
  • Alerts can be generated and be seen on the Plerion Alerts Dashboard, as an Email, Slack notification, a Jira ticket or a PagerDuty incident.
  • An Alert includes a title and description that reflects the failed conditions associated with an asset.
